Structurepreneur™ provides consulting, diagnostic tools, digital products, and educational programmes designed to help founders build operationally sound businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• — Structural Pioneer™ — leadership circle (by invitation)

3. Accounts & Access

Certain features of our website require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Access to purchased products and gated content is personal and non-transferable.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy varies by product:

• — Digital products (Structure Check™): No refunds once the report has been delivered, as the service has been fully rendered.
• — Sessions & programmes: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled but are not refundable.
• — Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
• — High-ticket services: Refund terms for Structure Intensive™ and Structured Growth Partner™ are agreed upon individually as part of the engagement agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the Structure Test™ diagnostic, frameworks, methodologies, and the 4S Framework — is the intellectual property of Structurepreneur™ and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

The following are trademarks of Structurepreneur™: Structure Test™, Structure Check™, Structure Session™, Structure Room™, Structure Reset™, Structure Intensive™, Structured Growth Partner™, and Structural Pioneer™.

7. Limitation of Liability

Structurepreneur™ provides consulting and educational services. While we strive to deliver high-quality guidance, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our services are advisory in nature and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal, financial, or accounting advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Structurepreneur™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Application-Based Services

Structure Intensive™, Structured Growth Partner™, and Structural Pioneer™ require an application or invitation. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion to ensure the quality and integrity of our programmes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
